By accessing or using HisaabLite ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all these terms, you may not access or use the Software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We are not liable for any loss from unauthorized use

4.1 Subscription Fees

• Free Plan: No payment required
• Paid Plans: Fees as specified on our pricing page
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.2 Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• We accept major credit cards and UPI
• Taxes may be added to fees where applicable

4.3 Price Changes

We may change our fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes.

5.1 By You

• You may cancel your account at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months

5.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate free accounts for prolonged inactivity

You may not use the Service for:

• Any illegal purpose or in violation of laws
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Interfering with the Service's operation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Reverse engineering the Software
• Using the Service for competitive analysis

7.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by HisaabLite and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your business data. You grant us a license to host, back up, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback you provide becomes our property and we may use it without compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you
• We are not liable for data loss or business interruption

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
